Pajezy.com is a product of PROSBO, Inc of Port Angeles, Washington.
We are a Business & Consumer Services Company providing exceptional communications, marketing, and management solutions and service by real people living in your home town.
We are producers of innovative online products & services, and a host of companion services that help make the small business owner and entrepreneur more successful.
We love our customers. We function on a consistent life philosophy that permeates all of life, including our business practices as it concerns our customers. It has been known as "the golden rule." It stems from the words of the Greatest Leader the world has ever known. Jesus said, "Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them."
This epigram is more commonly known as "The Golden Rule." Believing that all people are reflections of a Sovereign and Benevolent Creator provides the foundation for treating them with love and respect.
Whether or not the putting this philosophy into practical actions brings desirable results neither validates nor discredits its truth. We do not engage in pragmatism. We do not believe that something is true because "it works".
We will treat our customers with love and respect regardless of circumstances or results. We do believe that its consistent implementation will bring continued success to our company, however.
The customer is not always right, but they will be treated with love and respect anyway. We will not cheat or deceive its customers, and would rather suffer loss than waste time squabbling over small matters. We maintain good records and keep notes on any and all customer support issues.
We make customer service our #1 priority with complete customer satisfaction as our #1 goal, but we will admit that we have failed, and must also admit that we are sure to fail on occasion in the future. It is not because we do not care, but because we are human.
Failure to meet our client's expectations has been rare and we expect to keep it that way. This may not be the best way to sell ourselves, but we do not believe that "honesty is the best policy", we believe it is the "only policy."
Basically, if we fail, we will not lie to cover up our error. We will admit it and take our medicine. It is our promise to you that we will not lie to you. How about that? We are more concerned about character than profit. We may lose a customer by being honest, but we will keep our integrity.
Our company is not driven by greed; it is directed by conviction. As much as is in our power, we will continue to add more than adequate staff to ensure that our growing customer base receives the same excellent service that has propelled our growth since we began.
Thank you for honoring us with the privilege of serving you.
It is our earnest hope and expectation that you will be more than satisfied and that our business practices will yield the smile of God.
